I, NANCY A. ROBLETE, of legal age, widow, resident of Bilbao Street, Inzo

Arnaldo Village, Roxas City, do hereby name, constitute and appoint, PAUL IVAN R.
BATICADOS, of legal age, single, and a resident of Inzo Arnaldo Village, Roxas City, to
be my true and lawful attorney, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and
perform the following acts and things to wit:

To ask, demand, secure and/or claim a copy/copies of my Authenticated Live

Birth Certificate from the National Statistics Office Iloilo; and

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the
foregoing authority of securing/claiming copy/copies of my Authenticated Live Birth
Certificate, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying
and confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
hereof.
