CONDITIONS:
1. Tenants need to keep their flat and premises clean.
2. Tenant shall be solely responsible for the maintenance and protection of all electricitylines, sanitary connections, water and drainage equipments in the premises.
3. Tenants shall bear and pay electricity charges for the premises leased as per the
separate meter installed and also maintenance charges (If any) of every month in time.
4. Need to pay the rent with in the first week of every calendar month.
5 .Dont use acids or any harmful chemicals either on flooring or in bathroom.
6. If guests are coming please inform it to us/watchman so that we can recognize them.
(This is only for security reason)
7. Only two wheeler parking is allowed.(Use center stand while parking your vehicle)
8. Providing drinking water in each floor is provision only. (It depends on water
pressure).
9. The premises leased shall be used only for the residential purpose and for no other
purpose.
10. Tenants should handover the premises to the owner in good condition in which they
handed over to the tenants.
11. Tenants should not carryout any structural alternations in the premises leased without
the written consent of the owner.
12. Both parties (Owner & Tenant) need to inform each other one month before in the
case of tenant vacating the flat.
13. Tenants are entitled to adjust the value of damage, if any which remain unrectified
from the amount of refundable security deposit.
14. The advance amount is liable to be adjusted towards any overdue rents, and shall be
refunded by the owner on the date when the tenant handover the premises back to the
owner together with fixtures and amenities after termination of lease with pre notice of
minimum one month.
15. Owners can visit the flats in regular intervals of time and check the condition of flat
and premises rented.
