May 17, 2015
Responsibilities: Started composing the stations most significant
broadcast segments for the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
Comments: Its exciting to know that they are entrusting with composing
the stations most important documents.

May 24, 2015
Responsibilities: Composing the stations broadcast segments for the
FCC.

Week of
May 31, 2105
Responsibilities: Updated Public Service Announcements lists.

Week of
June 7, 2015
Responsibilities: Created the Community Calendar event script for the
NAACP for broadcast.
Comments: Composed a 15 seconds script on the NAACP Career Fair for
news reporter Natasha Brown.
Responsibilities: Assisted with the production for the Alexs Lemonade
Stand Phone Bank.
Comments: I handled the production of the incentives for the day.

Week of
June 14, 2015
Responsibilities: Attended the March of Dimes Pitch Meeting and took
notes.
Comments: March of Dimes was looking for partnership opportunities with
CBS Philadelphia. Along with the Public Affairs department, the Sale
Marketing Department sat in on the meeting as well. I was able to hear
from both departments what they found most valuable about a partnership
with the March of Dimes.
Responsibilities: Drafted press release for the Kidcaster event and the
Amazing Race casting call.
Comments: I worked on the press releases alone. Once finished, Ms.
Calabria looked over them and approved with little to no changes.
Responsibilities: Updated talent list.
Comments: The talents of the station are the news reporters and
anchors. I collected information and organized it in an excel sheet for the
station.

June 21, 2015
Responsibilities: Composed press release for the newest reporter to join
the team, Alex Hoff.
Comments: Each news reporter gets a press release done on them to
showcase their work experience background and education.

Week of
June 28, 2015
Responsibilities: I assisted the Sales Marketing Department with the
Kidcaster event Production.
Comments: Helped Sales Marketing Department with the paper work for
the event.
Responsibilities: Updated the media list.
Comments: With the Kidcaster event next week, Wednesday, July 8, we
have to start sending out the press release to the local area to create

enough buzz. I called the local newspapers to ask for their current contact
person for press releases and entertainment.

July 5, 2015
Responsibilities: Finished up the FCC reports.

Week of
July 12, 2015
Responsibilities: I assisted with the NAACP set up for the career fair.
Comments: Assisted the Vice President with sending emails to employees
informing them of the event and schedule for the next few days.
Responsibilities: I assisted Sales Marketing Department with the Amazing
Race Casting Call Production.
Comments: Helped Sales Marketing Department with the paper work for
the casting call.

July 19, 2015
Responsibilities: I was able to in on a SWOT Analysis meeting and take
notice of the station and changes since beginning the internship.
Comments: It was extremely enlightening.
