Bennihana Style Fried Rice Copy Kat

Ingredients:
4 ounces cooked chicken
1 Extra Large Egg
1 1/3 teaspoons carrots, chopped
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
2 teaspoons oil
12 pinches pepper

1 Cup of cooked white rice


- C. Chopped onions, chopped
C green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons butter
5 Tbsp. of soy sauce
12 Pinches of Salt (optional)

Directions:
1. Cook rice according to the instructions on the package. Melt butter and oil in a large skillet over
medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion, green onion and carrots. Add chicken and Saut until chicken is almost
cooked.
3. Add rice, sesame seeds, soy sauce and stir in eggs. Mix well so cooked eggs are broken into
bite sized pieces.
4. Add salt and pepper, stirring well.
