Romanian Fish
Ingredients:
-fish
-carrots
-onion
-potatoes
-oil
-parsley
-spices
-lemon
-salt
Cut the potatoes, fish, carrots, onion. Put spices,
onion, carrots, parsley and oil on the potatoes and mix all
them.
Cut the fish and lemon, after put lemon in it. Put oil
on tray, put all the ingredients and the fish. Put the tray
on oven for 30 minutes.
Method of preparation:
Clean the fish and salt then put little oil. Fried mushrooms row, broccoli,
potatoes, thinly sliced peppers, celery and chopped onion. In a pan put the potato
layer, cover it with onion, then put fish that fill it with mushrooms, peppers,
celery, a few slices of lemon and 2 tablespoons of onion. Season with salt, thyme
and pepper to taste, sprinkle it with 150 ml white wine and tomato juice. In each
notch made fish put lemon slices.
We give everything in the oven, covered with aluminum foil for 20
minutes, then another 10-15 minutes without the foil.
