A Prefix added to the beginning of a base word changes the meaning of the word.
Example: in- meaning not + the base word visible = invisible , meaning not visible

A. On the blank after each sentence, write a new word that means the same as the two
underlined words combined. Use prefixes from the examples above. Use a dictionary if
needed.
