value added) required to bring a
specific product or service from raw
material through to the customer.

It shows value added time and
processes and material and information
flow.

operational results.
Know when to draw on environmental
expertise in Lean events to best achieve the
desired future state.

Value : Specify the value from the standpoint of the
end customer.
Value Stream : Identify the value stream for each
product family.
- Focus on lean principle for eliminating waste.
Flow : Make the product flow.
- Information focuses on actual customer demand
that reduces the variation in the process and
equally distributes the activities over the working
time.
Pull System : Introduce the value to attract the
customer.
Perfection : Do it right for the first time and for
every time.
