that support the development of
teachers at all level?
Emotional
Teachers need to have good emotional management as
teachers deal with pupils. It helps teachers to perform in their
work. In dealing with children, teachers need to have a quality
emotional management to be able to control the class, deliver
lesson and make rational decision as a leader, facilitator and
manager in the classroom.

Sociological
Teachers need have good social circle especially among
teachers. Good relationship with colleagues and administrators
of the school helps teacher to gain support such as advice,
managing paperwork and files and guidance from other
experienced colleagues. This is important to enable the
teacher to perform and work effectively in the school.

 Physical
Teachers need to have good physical management.
Health and fitness is very important as teachers are
required to teach from one class to another the whole
day with just a few free time a day. Therefore, teachers
need to have good health to be able to move around and
do their work. If they are not well, teachers need to have
the right to get medical leave so that they can rest and
regain their health.

Experience
Teachers develop through experience. Their clients are
students who are children and teenagers. They are
required to deal with more than one class of students per
day. It is not easy to attend to individual care and need
of the students as well as controlling their behaviour and
at the same time to deliver lesson. Therefore, these are
the things that teachers need to learn through
experience. Teachers learn to implement the theories
that they learn and improve their self everyday.
