Symptom
You check the the consistency of the setup matrices using transaction /SAPAPO/OM17. The system issues an error informing you that the field
entries are not equal.

Reason and Prerequisites

In the setup matrix, exception setup transitions (type E) are also maintained, which have an identical duration and cost to the assigned standard
setup transition. While these redundant exception setup transitions are incorrectly transferred to the LiveCache during normal maintenance of the
setup matrix, they are not updated during a system upgrade or in LiveCache migration. The check with /SAPAPO/OM17 also assumes that these
exception setup transitions do not exist in the LiveCache.

Solution
Implement the attached correction instructions or import the relevant Support Package.
System behavior
The system no longer writes redundant exception setup transitions to the liveCache.
