The issue of eligibility will be discussed at a meeting on July 17th which institution representatives must attend.

    VISAYAS MINDANAO DEBATE UNION

    The Members of
    Visayas Mindanao
    Debate Union
    Acting upon the anonymous letter submitted by a concerned member
    institution and as well as the timely response from the organizing committee,
    the VMDU Execomm 2015, after careful evaluation, grants the following
    settlement offered by the OrgComm:
    1. No penalty for Ghost Adjudicators for the reason that there are sufficient
    Adjudicators in the tournament.
    2. No back out penalty
    3. 500 Php fine for each participant for late registration (after Phase 2)
    The issue on eligibility shall be resolved on 17 July 2015 at 3:00 pm in the
    afternoon. Institution Representatives are ordered to be present in that
    meeting.
