contact the point person for the venue from their info on the google spreadsheet to confirm venue is reserved, car and bike parkling
available, time at which restrooms are unlocked, ask if they are the point person that day, and thank 'em:)

contact rest of instructor team to confirm: 1. who/when BEB supplies pick-up/drop-off---this person should contact robert for date/time
and confirm with you once its done. 2. smoothie ingredients purchased

~4/5 days out

map out ride possibilities via google, have ability to meet students where they are at with ride's challenge level

day of event

arrive early to ride your routes w/ instructors, take photos,have fun:)

within the week after even submit your receipts/invoices
