Me. Razo admitted to being in the 11S. illegally. The vehicle's owner responded tothe scene. Deputy Bowen aad Ls. Sherwood arrived on scene. Emmanuel Razo was secured while we spoke with Officer Rivera of US Boarder Patrol who later decided not to respond to take Emmanuel Razo into custody. Emmanuel Ravo zefuse to identify himsell to Offiver Rivera. We were later able to confi (via PSE through Clerk Gonzalez) that Emmantie! Razo’s full name was Juan Emmanuel Razo with the dae af bin he initilly provided me, He was wamed not to retur to this property. We cleared.
