I am pleased to submit this letter of recommendation for Matthew Hession. I have had the distinct pleasure of
knowing Matt for the past four years as his supervisor and friend Thus, I have had the opportunity to be
associated with him in a variety of settings. During his time as an assistant varsity football coach at Tecumseh
High School, Matt has established himself as an integral part of our program as our head offensive line coach. I
have coached football for forty years and have never given an assistant coach as much responsibility at such a
young age as I have given Matt
He possesses numerous prominent attributes necessary for any employee. He is very honest, trustworthy, and
enthusiastic, has a good sense of humor, works well with others, is responsible, and takes great pride is seeing a
task through to completion He is a very conscientious, has a positive attitude toward education and is highly
motivated to excel in life He is a willing worker and has demonstrated a mature sense of priorities.

r have always believed that the best coaches normally are also great teachers and although I have not obsevered
Matt in the classroom, watching him work with athletes on and off the field leave me very confident he will do
a great job with your Social Studies position.
There is no question in my mind that Matthew will be an integral part of any organization or endeavor he is part
