    IBM (July 2012 till now)

    Worked for the UK ISP Talk Talk and my role was to interact with the customer over the phone and to
    troubleshoot for the technical Issues on the broadband, email and on the VOIP Telephone.
    Resolved the escalations related to the technical fault from various departments of Talk Talk and to
    deal with the customer's complaints.
    Interaction with the other organizations like BT openreach, Service management Centre to provide
    the updates to the customer on the technical pending tickets.
    Worked as Training Assistant & my role includes the real time support on the floor to new batches &
    provide training.
