    Site down with power alarms ( MAINS FAIL, MODULE RECT FAIL ), FE need to check Power at the
    site
    Site down with Transmission alarms (PCM FAILURE, BCCH MISSING), Suspect transmission issue. FE
    need to check the transmission cables, configuration, link at the site
    Site down with Hardware faulty alarms at the site (TRE faulty) , Suspects Hardware issue. FE needs
    to check BTS H/W, Tx H/W, Cables & antennas at the site
    Site down with Configuration issue alarm (Configuration of BCF failed), Suspect configuration issue.
    BO need to check the configuration of the site & engage FE if required
