Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Manager, key deliverables will include:

Manage recruitment workload and strategy across HR team to ensure time to hire is minimised
Oversee implementation of annual performance review process
Ensuring Employment Law adherence
Manage OH&S compliance
Implement talent management process
Manage all remuneration and benefits activity

Education & Qualifications

Degree or certificate qualification

Experience

At least 5-8 years HR Consultant/HR Manager experience in Human Resources

The successful candidate must demonstrable experience in adhering to principles and values; relating
and networking; persuading and influencing; people leadership; creating and innovating; planning and
organising; adapting and responding to change.
