vok oil 1 tbsp
tsp of cumin
kg spinanch boiled only leaves boiled squezed choped
1 cup green peas frozen
capsium chopeed and
to cumin add 1 tbsp ginger
3 green chillys

add capsi first to remove moisture and saute
add green peas, spinach, mint leaves 8-10
corainder 2 tbsp
salt to taste
and turmeric teasp
keep cooking by spreading it to lose moisture
add binding
take in blender after cooling and then grind it
inbetwn mix the stuff
do it 2 4 times to get smother paste
mix is ready
in a bowl
to mix
add oil to heat deep frying
add 1 large boiled potato grate potatoes
2 tsp of bread crub
1 tsp of corn starch
blend it binding is smoth no spaces
no color add
small tikkis
bread crumbs in plate
roll in bread crumbs coating
oil should be hot
test one and check fried immed
add chat masala imm before it cools
