and dedication to our customers. In order to provide such service, Dillards must adhere to a set
of policies for its cardholders to ensure the fair treatment of all Dillards customers.
Dillards cardholder policy states that if a members account is past due for more than 90 days,
we are unfortunately unable to process any additional orders on the account until the balance is
