Use of the BASF logo in journalistic texts

BASF is a registered trademark of BASF SE. The use of the BASF logo by third par
ties as a means of advertising or sales promotion for a company or product is no
t permitted without express approval.
Editors of media publications can display the BASF logo in connection with news
that affects our company.
The following zip files contain the colored BASF logo for display against a whit
e background. If other company logos are displayed near the BASF logo, identical
or similar colors should be avoided by choosing one of BASF s six corporate color
s as appropriate.
If the background is colored or dark, then the BASF logo is white. In this case
the colored rectangular space around the BASF logo is not necessary.
