The present Perfect using, already, yet, ever and before, rules:
Use yet or already in questions about recent experiences.
Have you told her the good news yet? (Ya le has contado la buena
noticia? o Ya le contaste la buena noticia?)
Use already in affirmative statements. Use yet in negative statements.
They have already finished their homework. (Ya han acabado sus deberes.)
Use ever or before in questions about life experiences.
Have you ever swum for more than 6 hours in a row? (Alguna vez ha
nadado por ms de 6 horas consecutivas?)
