AN ACT Amending By-law 310.03

BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASWSUV SENATE:

Sec. 1. Section 310.03 reads as follows:

The ASWSUV Vice President shall carry out those other duties as directed by the
ASWSUV President, Constitution, By-Laws, and Senate policy in the form of
Resolutions or Bills.
Sec. 2. Section 310.03 shall be changed to:
The ASWSUV Vice President shall fulfill other duties as directed by the
ASWSUV President, Constitution, By-Laws, and Senate policy in the form of
Resolutions or Bills.

STATEMENT OF FACT:
This change will keep the same meaning but clarify the point.
