AN ACT Amending By-Law 320.04

BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASWSUV SENATE:

Sec. 1. Section 320.04 reads as follows:

The Executive Staff will post and maintain an average of ten (10) hours in the
office per week through the entire term of office.

Sec. 2. Section 320.04 shall be changed to read:

The Executive Staff will post and maintain an average of at least an average of
ten (10) fifteen (15) hours in the office per week through the entire term of office.

STATEMENT OF FACT:
This change will reflect the actual amount of work the Executive Officers maintain. It
will also justify the pay increase that is proposed by the ASWSUV Senate Budget
Committee.
