AN ACT Relating to: The allocation of $100.00 (one hundred dollars) from the Student Events
Pool (6272-0200-03) for a research presentation by Marcelo Diversi on February 5, 2008.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASWSUV SENATE:

Sec. 1. Cookies and beverages $100.00

STATEMENT OF FACT: Advertisements will read “Co-sponsored by ASWSUV” in 14-point

font or font equal to the average size lettering on the advertisement, for all advertising for
the event(s) as required by ASWSUV By-Laws (260.12).
Marcelo Diversi will be giving a research presentation about street children in Brazil on 2-5-08
to give the student body an opportunity to learn about research done in Brazil; current research
opportunities; and research happening at WSU. The event is open to all students and 100 people
are expected to attend this cultural event.
