AN ACT Amending By-law {630.01 ASWSUV General Election}

BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASWSUV SENATE:

Sec. 1. The General Election shall be held annually on the Tuesday and
Wednesday before Spring Break of the academic year.

STATEMENT OF FACT:
Sec. 2. The General Election shall be held annually on the Tuesday and Wednesday
before Spring Break of the academic year. Additional days may be allowed if
deemed necessary by the Election Board and approved by the Senate.
