AN ACT Amending By-law {section 611.00, sub-section 611.02}

BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASWSUV SENATE:

Sec. 1. 611.02 section E reads as follows:

To hire election clerks and ballot counters.

Sec. 2. 611.02 section E will be changed to:

To hire election clerks.

Sec. 3. 611.02 section I reads as follows:

To provide absentee ballots to any ASWSUV member requesting such.

Sec. 4. 611.02 section I will be stricken from the ASWSUV by-laws.

STATEMENT OF FACT:
ASWSUV elections no longer use ballots, thus there is no need for absentee ballots or
ballot counters.
