know this because I've dealt with homelessness, abuse, depression, anxiety,
bullying and things I wouldn't wish upon anyone and I've gone through it without
much aid. I know how it feels to feel like you can't go on and when the drought of
joy seems unending but I'm here because I could be the First Aid Kit someone
has been looking for.
So despite your instinct to say "it's alright, I'm okay" know that you can be
honest, leave me a message. Say how you feel without fear or guilt, without
remorse or complexity and know that now is only a moment, and that if today is
as bad as it gets, see that by tomorrow, today will have ended and that in this
moment, you are not alone.
Ignore anything bad others have called you. I am calling you friend.
