Glocal Action Officer

Responsibilities
President

is responsible for finding and choosing the annual charities, with the help of
officer staf
organizes, schedules and coordinates the bi-monthly meetings
responsible for keeping all the officers on track and efficient in their work
requests and verifies permissions for fundraisers and other club events with
both sponsor and administration
generates ideas for promoting events

Vice-President

carries out any job the president delegates to them


ensures that the events and officers are running smoothly
creates and implements ideas for promoting each event

Secretary

Keeps record of member attendance, membership and participation


Creates agendas for meetings based on the content provided by the
president or vice president
Manages remind 101

Treasurer

Tracks all money spent


Tracks how much money has been received and donated each fundraiser
Accounts for membership and t-shirt fees

Historian

Keeps social media updated


Posts agendas, forms, etc. on website
Takes pictures and documents each event
2nd in command of promotional materials
