Objective
This course is to ensure that Management Representatives are equipped with the knowledge and skills
to assist them in their day-to-day activities in overseeing a Quality Management System, both from the
standpoint of establishing and implementing a management system as well as in the maintenance and
improvement of the system over time.
The purpose of this course is a mandatory element of the MR Certificate Program. The complete
program consists of the two-day Foundation course along with a requirement. Delegates who
successfully complete the Foundation course may proceed to complete the required elective courses
in order to obtain a Certificate of Successful Completion of the Management Representative program
