Dear Students and Families,
Welcome to seven-grade physical education. I am excited for
this opportunity to teach and meet wonderful students on this
fantastic upcoming school year. The curriculum areas we will
focus on this year will be team sports like volleyball,
basketball, and baseball.
Although school starts 8/24/15, students are asked to bring and
have the following supplies for school before 8/25/15. These
specific supplies are a pencil, paper, a notebook, and
comfortable running shoes. Proper workout clothing will be
issued during physical activity days.
Please read the weekly newsletter to find out what is going on
in the classroom. There will be homework assigned early in
the week and must be completed by Friday. I ask that the
students use their time wisely and complete the homework as
early as possible. For the parents, I ask to please monitor their
children on successfully completing their homework.

Introduction:
I graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a
Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. Through my four years, I
took part in the Mens Cross Country and Track & Field team.
As college was coming to a close, I started to develop a passion
on teaching, so I signed up at ACT San Antonio to reach my
goal at becoming a physical education teacher.
