RICE WITH CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

08 chicken pieces
01 large onion, diced
05 cups of rice
01 bottle of stout
1/2 kg. shelled peas
1 pepper cut into thin strips
01 whole pickled pepper
01 tablespoon chili mirasol
01 tablespoon red pepper sauce
1 1/2 cups crushed coriander leaves
1 1/2. You tbsp. garlic
Salt to taste

PREPARATION

Wash and drain chicken pieces well. Season with garlic and salt. Sealing

them in hot oil.


In a pan fry the onion, then the panca and mirasol pepper until well
browned and integrated dams and add 1/2 cup cilantro for guisarlas.

When they are cooked reserve.


In the same pan add the amount of liquid needed for the 5 cups of rice
(06 cups of liquid, which are composed of dark beer and water to
complete the required amount), the cup minced cilantro, 1 tbsp. garlic,
salt to taste, when it boils add the rice, peas and whole pickled peppers
and immediately reduce heat to a minimum, so that it simmer. Once it is
up and ready to serve pour over the peppers into strips to be cooking

with steam.
Mix the rice and pepper before serving, place the dam over, served
with onion sarsa.
