It is hereby understood and agreed that this Policy shall not provide any indemnity for any loss or losses directly or indirectly arising
out of, or in any way involving Death or Bodily Injury.
For the avoidance of doubt, the following definitions shall apply:
Death or Bodily Injury shall include but not be limited to: bodily injury, sickness, disease, emotional distress (other than emotional
distress arising from any libel or slander), mental anguish, mental stress or the death of any person.
All other terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations in this policy remain unaltered.
