Build your own RSS feed with Ponyfish. Simply enter the URL for the site you wish to
monitor. Ponyfish will display the page. Then click on a handful of links—the type of
links which you would see in your feed.

Ponyfish will then generate a RSS feed which will alert you to new updates on this
page.

Watch That Page

WatchThatPage is a service that emails you when a Web site changes.
Register your email address and enter the URLs for pages that you wish to monitor.
You can either receive notification of any change to the page, or just those matching
your keywords.

Specify how often you wish to be notified of changes. You will receive an email
containing all of the changes to the page with in the specified period. If no changes
have occurred, you will not receive an email.
