use file 4 alone for windows 7 or 8

connect the device and go to device manager in windows
click on the RNDIS and select to update the driver
select browse and install
next page
select Let me pick from a list of device drivers from my computer
next page
click on 'have disk'
browse and select the 4th folder from this file
select rndis file ( system information type file from the 4th folder)
later select REMOTE ndis file on right hand side
select to install it
it asks whether to install or not with a warning
select yes
it installs ..
in network adapters see for 'Android USB Remote NDIS device' appears
