presentation to the Zaboosh Facilitator and other presenters to ensure knowledge of how to
present a presentation in MegaMeeting.
Posttests- Identify if presenters have mastered how to use MegaMeeting software. Get
feedback via a survey.
a. types of assessment
Workshop presenters will have to successfully participate in the MegaMeeting training. After
training, they will have to do a mini workshop in which they will have to present their materials
using MegaMeeting first to the Zaboosh facilitator for a one-to-one evaluation.
Small group evaluation with 3-5 other presenters will generate feedback based on presenters
ability to use MegaMeeting software.
The criteria they will have to demonstrate in their mini presentation is how to present their
continuing ed materials through showing their desktop, managing the microphone and video,
and using multimedia tools.
b. data to be collected
After training meeting, using the MegaMeeting software, a survey will be presented asking for
feedback from training and allowing participants to give feedback about training and
MegaMeeting software.
c. relationship between data analysis and project improvement
Ultimately the data collected informed us the training tutorial on MegaMeeting was effective.
Presenters were able to use MegaMeeting after training to present their continuing ed materials
in ASL. The Survey projected that another presenting software would be prefered, so the
Zaboosh facilitator is looking into switching presentation software.
