Job Description:
Leading manufacturer of pipe fittings, forged and cast steel valves for industrial applications, is currently seeking
a VP CFO.
The VP and CFO is responsible for all finance and accounting functions of this multi-location company with
facilities in Pennsylvania, Texas, Italy and China. In addition, the VP & CFO will have oversight responsibility for
the Information Technology function of the company.
The candidate must have experience in the following areas: banking relations, credit agreement administration
and negotiation, treasury management, credit and collections, general accounting including consolidations,
foreign currency transactions and translations including hedging, transfer pricing, taxation, legal matters
administration, standard cost accounting and variance analysis, forecasting, business planning and information
technology oversight.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced degree and/or certifications preferred.

Experience:
10-15 years of experience with increasing responsibility and significant experience in a manufacturing
environment.
