Hello Rick,
That is exactly the case. All of the emaily/records released were part of a records
request made by Larry. He asked for emails between SC and Administration during
specific window, and the executive session minutes from the past two years that
reference Ms. Gardner. It has been a very busy summer where we have received
numerous requests for records,

Hi Maria,
Larry made a public docs request on July 15 (we all got copied by Debbie) -
| weren't the emails Vira is talking about in response to that, and therefore
probably sent to him by Debbie? He posted the emails on his blog on July 27,
50 that is a bit over the 10 days required to comply with the request, so the
timing makes sense.
Thanks,
Rick

Dear Chair Baptiste:
Task that we diseuss intemet technology and security issues as related to
unauthorized release of electronic ecmmunication between a school committee
member and a district employee at a1 upcoming school committee meeting.
Tve attached screen shots of what appears in Larry Kelley's blog just two days
ago.
The second attachment out of five presents a communication between vice-
chair Traphagen and Kathryn Mazur on Friday July 10, in which all school
committee members and the superin‘endent seem to be copied.
I did not receive this email and furthermore our vice-chair has confirmed to me
her email was sent to Mazur only.
How does such a communication ge: on the internet without an official release
from the district?
Respecitilly,
