    Email from EPA (Aaron Setran) to PTP (consultant Brenda Stein) regarding PTP's permit application for another UIC permit. Sent 7:36 p.m. on 4/9/09. Mr. Setran's email stated, "you mean the permit 'application.' Make sure that they know the distinction.......this is not the permit.." The first email in the thread is from Ms. Stein.
