you win, if word documents back, have o give you back the original signed documents,
you asked FOR THE DOCS BACK, prove THAT trust is current, if court orders docs
given back, THEN where is there d/c relationship with out the docs, IF INTENT was
post orig of form the trust, declaratory determination of the trust have to do the
performance, of suffer contempt for not returning the documents.
