It is with deep regret that I have to resign my post as Staff nurse
in your hospital effective May 31, 2015.
At first I have an intention to stay with your hospital for long,
however considering that it is far from home and away from my
loved ones, I take a second thought in staying in Sta. Maria,
Davao del Sur. I determined to look for employment as near as
possible to my family in Mati, Davao Oriental.
Trusting that you give this matter your utmost importance. Rest
assured that I will continue to serve and not be complacent in
attending patients and clients until my resignation on May 31,
2015.
