Please refer to your office memo no. 21123 dated 17-11-2009 on the above
cited subject.
In this connection, it is submitted that the erstwhile office of Senior Architect
where Shri Vidya Sagar was working was merged with this department only in May
2005 as per decision of the BOM conveyed by the Registrar, PAU, Ludhiana vide
his memo Admn. VII. AU. 2005/ 9336-88 dated 24-5-2005. Further the Architect
unit has been placed under the control of Executive Engineer (Civil)/EO-cum-Chief
Engineer as per orders of the Vice-Chancellor conveyed by the Registrar, PAU,
Ludhiana vide his Endst. No. Admn. VII. AU. 08/4511-18 dated 28-2-2008.
It is intimated that the Affidavits given by Shri Vidya Sagar on 7-8-1998 and
2-1-1999 are not available as per record transferred to this office.
