vide which this office has been asked to supply the following information required by
Shri Vidya Sagar under RTI Act.
Names & address, designation of Deputy Controller, Audit
Officers & Auditors who passed Bills of salary of Karamjit , Tracer
Draftsman of PAU from 1980 to July 2009.
Names & address, designation of Deputy Controller, Audit Officers
& Auditors who passed subsistence allowance bills of Karamjit
Singh without certificate that he is not engaged in any Trade,
vocation or profession.
In this connection, it is intimated that first part of the information is not available
in this department. However, the subsistence allowance bills were passed after duly
obtaining certificate from Shri Karamjit Singh that he is not engaged any private work
during suspension period.
