    Dated Ludhiana, the:
    Sub: Supply of information under Right to Information Act request of Shri Vidya Sagar Phul.
    Please refer to your office UO no. 2322 dated 10-11-2008 vide which the applications received from
    Shri Vidya Sagar under RTI Act have been forwarded to this office.
    In this connection, it is submitted that the Architect unit has been placed under the control of
    Executive Engineer (Civil)/EO-cum-Chief Engineer as per orders of the Vice-Chancellor conveyed by the
    Registrar, PAU, Ludhiana vide his Endst. No. Admn. VII. AU. 08/4511-18 dated 28-2-2008. Shri Vidya
    Sagar Phul in his applications dated 15-10-2008 has demanded the following documents under RTI Act and
    information as asked at sr. no. 2, 5 and 8 may be available with your office. He was drawing salary from the
    office of the Comptroller and no record such as service book, CR file etc. was supplied to this office.
    Accordingly the remaining information may be obtained from the office of the Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana.

    Certified copy in duplicate of documentary proof of payment of one months salary in lieu of one
    month notice on termination of services of applicant on 3-9-1968.

    Seniority list of Senior Draftsmen (Head Draftsmen Grade-I) on 2-9-1968

    3.

    Cause of removal of senior most senior Draftsman with documentary proof.

    4.

    Certified duplicate copies of appointment letter of applicant.

    5.

    Short list candidates of senior draftsmen with comparative statement of their qualifications

    6.

    Probation completion certificate of applicant in duplicate

    7.

    Annual confidential work report for the period 1964 to 1999 (duplicate)

    8.

    Copy of applicants application for Estate Officer-cum-Chief Engineer on retirement of Tarlochan
