Middle Creek) (A tributary to Chuitna River), LAS 27340 (main reach), LAS 27436 (lower reach), and LAS 27437 (middle reach) Dear Hearing Participant: This notice is a reminder to those whose participation was confirmed to the ADNR/DMLW Water Resources Section. The hearing will be held on August 21, 2015 in the Federal Building Annex Conference Room located at 222 W 8th Ave, Anchorage, Alaska starting at 8:45 am. The scope of the hearing will be limited to presentations of additional information and/or argument(s) supporting or refuting objections as described in the hearing notice. No new objections will be allowed. Please note that the proposed draft schedule was changed in order to assure an orderly hearing process. See the attached hearing agenda, and note your time of presentation, At this time, the Water Resources Section would like to know the form of presentation to be made. A computer and projector will be made available to participants, but DNR does not guarantee compatibility with participants’ technology, and participants will be responsible for set up and presenting in the time allowed. No additional time will be given because of technology problems. Please note that a copy of any written or electronic presentations used must be left with staff after the hearing presentation.
