Surfactant normally Sodium laureth
sulfate
(CH3(CH2)10CH2(OCH2CH2)nOSO3Na)
The SLS is an organic compound that is
a water and oil soluble substance.
SLS is a foaming agent which acts as a
surfactant to many oily liquids.
Slowly in a circular motion to avoid
bubbles.
Boaster
Boaster is a solution added after the
surfactant.
Normally Lauryl dimethylamine
oxide(C14H31NO) is used as a booster
to increase the surfactant in solution.
Antibacterial
Antibacterial solution is added to
help kill bacteria that will cause food
borne sickness.
Normally the antibacterial solution is
a mixture of :
1) Sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate
(C18H29NaO3S)
2) 3-Lauroylamidopropyl betaine
(C19H38N2O3)
Degreasing
The degreaser helps in separating
the water molecules from the oily
molecules.
The degreaser has an appearances of
brownish color and has putrid smell.
Enhancer
Bubble enhancer is added to the
solution to make it more dilute.
Also it increases the effect of
lathering while washing.

Industrial salt helps soften water and
increase the scrubbing effect of the
dishwashing soap.
Packaging
Dishwashing soap are package in
plastic bottles that can be reused or
in sachet packs.

liter and sold in the market.
