I have known Mr. Ashish Jayrajkumar Trivedi during his work experience with our
firm during the past Six years, when he joined as a Process Associate and then promoted
as a Process Developer and then promoted as a Business Analyst in our organization.
He worked as a Process Associate from February-2006 to December-2007, as a Process
Developer from January-2008 to August-2010 and is working as a Business Analyst from
September 2010 till current date.
Listed below are his key roles and responsibilities:

Analyzing and determining the credit risk of the borrowers (US/Canada Auto
Dealers) and prepare commercial risk assessment report based on detailed
analysis of the dealer financial statements.
Manage the team of 4 analysts (in my absence) and provide guidance to the team
resulting in quality output and smooth functioning of the process.

Monitor and manage day to day process deliverables to maintain key service level
agreements (SLAs).

Work as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the reviews/analysis and do quality
checks on teams production before they get delivered to the client.

Prepare MIS report and weekly/monthly dashboard about the deals received and
completed as part of Management Reporting.

Build and sustain effective communication with all process stakeholders in an

effort to maximize the customer experience.
