At Burger Master

Person A: Assistant
You are an assistant at Burger Master.
Welcome your customer.
Take his/ her order.
Ask if he/ she wants to make the order a meal.
Ask the customer if he/she wants it for here or to go.
Tell him/ her how much it is.
Situation 1
Todays special is the Master Burger with
double beef,
extra cheese and a lot of bacon.
Situation 2
The King burger is a chicken burger with lots of onion
rings.
Situation 3
You have to be friendly all the time.
If anyone complains, say sorry and dont give them
their money back.
The manager is not in today.

Person B (and C): Customer(s)


Situation 1
You are a customer at Burger Master. Go up to the counter and
order food from the menu. Ask for todays special. You only have
5$.

Situation 2
Go up to the counter and order food for you and your friend.
You are interested in the King burger. Ask whats in it.
You dont like onions or ice in your drink.
Your friend wants something healthy. Ask for healthy
options.

Situation 3
You have just started to eat your meal, but your burger is too cold
and your French fries have too much salt on them. You are very
angry.
Go to the counter and complain.
Ask for another burger and French fries.

At Burger Master
You want to speak with the manager.
