A. Follow the instructions and find the resultant of (this means add the vectors): 1. A vector of 8 units at 25 degrees East of North
and a vector of 2.5 units 15 degrees South of West.
2. A vector of 6 units 45 degrees West of North and a vector of 10 units due South.
B. The applet gives you the component values in each case. Show how the components
can be calculated and then used to find the resultant (use an x, y table).

C. Open the vector addition simulation (on the moodle resources for this course). Play
with it and come to class on Wednesday with something you could demonstrate to the
class!
