Olmert v State of Israel originates in the Holyland corruption scandal one of the worst corruption
scandals in the history of the State of Israel, where former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert was
prosecuted for taking bribes.

1. InspectionofcourtrecordsinStateofIsraelvZernietal(102910112)intheTel
AvivDisrictcourtdocumentedsystematicperversionofcourtrecords,whichwere
registeredinNetHaMishpatITsystemofthecourt.Particularlystrikingintheir
absencearevalidverdictandsentencingrecords,pertainingtoDefendantsEhud
OlmertandShulamitZaken.TherecordappearasFraudUpontheCourtand
SimulatedLegalProcessintheTelAvivDistrictCourt.
2. OnAugust19,2015,Iperformedtheinspectionofcourtrecordsininstantcourtfile,
whichoriginatesinthepurportedjudgmentrecordsinStateofIsraelvZerniinthe
TelAvivDistrictCourt.Theinspectionshowedthatthecourtfilecomprisedofthree
parts:
a.Acardboardfolder,whichincludedtheRequestbyjointstipulationfor
extensionoftimetofilereasonednoticeofappealfiledbycounselforEhud
Olmert.ConsentbytheStateProsecution,andJune26,2014Decisionby
SupremeCourtMagistrateGuyShani,whichgrantedtheRequest.
b.Aplasticboundbooklet,includinga683pageprintoutfromNevocommercial
serviceofVerdict,includingsyllabusnotes,butisnotavalidcourtrecordof
theStateofIsraelatall,andsurelyisnotsignedandnotcertified.
c.Aplasticboundbooklet,including:(1)PrintoutofSentencing,whichisnota
validcourtrecordoftheStateofIsrael,andsurelyisnotsignedandnot
certified.(2)PrintoutofaMay25,2014PostitDecision,unsignedand
uncertified,byJudgeDavidRosen,whichistitled,Requestbyjointstipulation
forcorrectionoferrorinthesentencingrecord.
3. TheRequestpaperinthiscourtfilefailstoindicateinanywaythattheexhibits
werefiledasattachmentstotheRequest,andtheirnature.Additionally,the

exhibitsareunmarkedassuch,oraspartoftheRequestinanyway.Suchfailures
shouldbeseenasadditionallackofauthenticationoftheseinvalidpapers,
purportedtobecourtrecordsoftheTelAvivDistrictCourt.
4. Furthermore,inconversationwithEhudOlmert'scounselonAugust20,2015,it
turnedoutthathewasfullyawarethattherecords,whichwerefiledwiththe
Requestwerenotvalidcourtrecords,butheldtheopinionthatitheldno
significance.
5. Incontrast,theCriminalCourtProceduresAct(1982),Articles32,32asay:
32.NoticeofAppeal,includingitsreasoninganddetailedreasoning,shall
befiledinthreecopiesforthecourt,andadditionalcopies,accordingto
thenumberoftherespondents.
32a.TheAppellant,orRequesterofLeavetoAppealshalladdtothe
NoticeofAppeal,orRequestforLeavetoAppealcertifiedcopiesofthe
judgmentsfrompreviousinstances.Suchdutyisnotimposedona
prisoner,whofilesinprose.
6. ThereceivingofthefilingofinstantRequestandtheopeningofinstantfileshould
bedeemedaseriousperversionandfailureoftheofficeoftheclerkoftheSupreme
Court,sincetheattachmentsofinstantrequestarenotcourtrecordsatall.Surely
theyarenotvalid,certifiedcourtrecords.
7. TherenderingofdecisionininstantcourtfilebySupremeCourtMagistrateGuy
ShanishouldbedeemedseriousperversionandfailureinconductoftheMagistrate
oftheSupremeCourt,sincetheSupremeCourthadandhasnojurisdictioninsuch
matter.Inthismatter,theSupremeCourtactsastheappealscourt,andits
jurisdictionisfoundedinvalidandcertifiedjudgmentsofthelowercourttheTel
AvivDistrictCourt.Therefore,absentthefilingofauthentic,certifiedjudgment
recordsoftheTelAvivDistrictCourtinthismatter,theSupremeCourthasno
jurisdiction.
8. Overall,thefindingsindicateFraudUpontheCourtandtheconductofSimulated
CourtProcessintheTelAvivDistrictCourt,whichwascontinuedintheSupreme
Court.
