Chitresh Bhargava was born in Kandla Port, Gujarat, India in 1987. He received his B. Tech
degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 2010 and in 2015 obtained his M. Tech
degree in VLSI Design Engineering both from the Rajasthan Technical University, Kota, India.
From 2012 to presently he worked as a R&D Engineer at Electrical and Electronics Research
Center, Ajmer, Rajasthan, India. In addition, he provides technical and scientific advice to
graduate and undergraduate students. Before joining to Electrical and Electronics Research
Center, he was a R&D Engineer in Rosmerta AutoTech Pvt. Lt, India, made vital contributions to
projects like Auto Fare Meter, Vehicles Tracking System.
Chitresh Bhargava has also authored a couple of IEEE papers and review conference
proceedings. He has also designed a couple of algorithms that made vital contributions to
projects like Improvement of JPEG image, and Algorithm to select an optimum image using
first-order histogram parameters.
