The Beta Gamma Phi Fraternity and Sorority will having Neophytes acceptance party this
coming August 16, 2015 and have a plan to buy a tent for making a booth for some events of the
University just like the 50/105 Foundation week of CMU and Christmas Festival in which our
organization is one of the Registered Organization in the University that require to really have a
booth for this kind of events.
In line with this we would like to ask for a donation from you our brother and sister for the
improvement of our organization.
We hope that you take this opportunity to help this event, as your donation will do so much for
our members and to our organization as well. Your presence during the acceptance of the
